Tsurumi KTZ22.2

The KTZ series is Tsurumi’s flagship line of heavy-duty drainage pumps engineered to handle muddy water with higher specific gravities. The pumps provide exceptional wear resistance to maximize performance and minimize maintenance in the worst possible conditions.  Excellent durability is ensured with a cast iron pump casing, motor frame, and open impeller.  The heavy-duty motor is fitted with internal overloads, enabling simple installation and direct connection to the power supply.

Ultra Hard-Wearing Shaft

The Tsurumi KTZ 22.2 submersible pump is fitted with a 420 stainless steel shaft with ultra-hardwearing silicon carbide, double mechanical seal in an oil chamber, and an oil lifter for positive seal lubrication in any position.  This feature, combined with the water and air cooling channel to the top outlet, allows the pump to operate for extended periods with little or no water.

Service Friendly

The Tsurumi submersible pump KTZ 22.2 model comes with a simple replacement of wearing parts without needing a workshop or even special tools.  Owners will also benefit from altering the head and capacity of the pump by simply changing the impeller and suction cover, avoiding the need to buy another complete pump when the application changes. All models are supplied with 20 meters of heavy-duty H07RN-F rubber power cable. However, IDS (individually screened cable) is available, at an extra cost, on most models, for quarry and mining applications.
