- Injector for applications with chemicals and foam
- The ST-160 is a stainless steel venturi injector from German manufacturer RM Suttner. Fitted to the high-pressure side of your machine, it pulls chemical into the water line automatically once the pressure washer is dropped to low pressure, so you don’t need to pre-mix anything.
- It suits two main jobs:
- Downstream / softwash: apply bleach, detergent or degreaser at low pressure on roofs, cladding and other surfaces that can’t take a blast.
- Foaming: paired with a foam lance, it lays down even foam for vehicles, fleets and machinery.
- Contractors in house washing, roof cleaning, agriculture, fleet maintenance and food processing all use it.
- Sizing matters. The internal nozzle (available from 1.8 to 2.3) needs to match your machine’s flow rate and whether you’re foaming or injecting downstream. Contact our team with your pump’s L/min and we’ll configure it correctly before it ships.
